We are looking for confident and experienced Ruby on Rails developers able to teach in a fast-pace environment all the skills required to become an entry-level Ruby on Rails developer to a group of up to 20 students. The course is aimed at accelerating the process of learning Ruby on Rails and other highly required coding languages for beginners and mid-level students of different backgrounds. You will develop and manage courses, teaching theoretical and practical skills, with a particular focus on empowering students to take initiative and solve problems on their own. You will create a great learning atmosphere, support students and push them to achieve their true potential. The ideal candidates will have: • Sound knowledge of the Ruby and Rails application framework, with project development experience. • Experience with front end development HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals. • Experience with JQuery, Coffeescript, SASS, HAML, and AJAX. • Experience with test driven development, Agile development, Git and source control. • Great communication and teaching capacities.
