Probably not Sidekiq, I don't believe it forks.
It's threaded and uses https://github.com/celluloid/celluloid

~/github/sidekiq ⸩ ack --ruby '^[^#]*fork'
# $? == 1

Unicorn certain forks, though. Also, Resque I believe.
