We Are: Building a completely new HTML based interactive marketing platform - which just won the Victorian iAwards for Innovation. Comprised of Ruby and Go apps on the backend,which talks to customised Android based hardware - from ARM based tablets to x86 driven players running 15-65inch touch screens. We're integrating with sensors and actuators to expand the physical experience. We're bringing the best of online, in-store. We Have: A lot of Ruby and Go apps making up our platform A lot of VMs running our apps A lot of touch devices that talk to our apps that run on our VMs. One customised Android OS. A few smart people managing the lots of things above. One really nice studio in Hipsterville (also known as Smith Street, Fitzroy). We Need More smart people who can help us make the lots of things continue to hum like a well-oiled machine as we grow (not literally, that might get annoying) About You You have an Ops/sysadmin brain. But you are also a great developer Or perhaps the other way around Or maybe you are just really really good at one of them? You love Linux. You love coding You love the colour green. You manage your servers so you don't have to receive alerts at 3am. You manage your servers with code. You've got some or all of: The scars and accolades that come from working on large production systems.
