In all seriousness, this awesome team need a Rails Dev with commercial ROR experience to join them and continue to build an amazing product (one that all of your friends and family will be using). It's not really about whether you have 'X' years of experience but more about how you solve complex problems, whether your EQ is important as your IQ.
