Next Hack Night: Tuesday August 13th

News:
* Launch48 starts tomorrow - start-up focus, ticket required, accelerator for a 
weekend.
* Rails Girls happened in Sydney - 40 girls, 20 mentors, fricking amazing.
* Rails Girls is happening in Canberra in August.
* Rails Girls material is all available online for free - don't need to run an 
event to make use of it.
* New RSpec version - 2.14 - and announcement of what 3.0 will keep and will 
drop.
* Rails 3.2.15 will be the last 3.2.x - except for security patches (as if 
there's ever any of those). Comes out in 3 months.
