Our startup, Congoe, is looking for an awesome and enthusiastic developer to work with us. You will be working with a small team and you are able to work off-site We want someone that knows the startup space, is flexible and is available on-call to handle any crisis when we run events. Skills and Experience: - Rails - PostgreSQL and SQL - Memcached - Capistrano - Rake - Ruby - Bash - Git Job Role and Responsibilities: 1. We need someone to deploy our code from an existing server to a new server. Set this infrastructure up. 2. Manage the backend and database of our application. 3. Offer regular support and management to the server and backend 4. Respond in a swift and efficient manner in the off chance that a crisis may happen when conferences or events are running 5. Liase with a front end developer 6. Deployment of updates This is a fantastic opportunity to help build and shape a new startup into a fast growing, exciting organisation.
