I think you should try to stick with Faraday, the fact that you can
easily plug middlewares into it, make it a very powerful library.

Hi,
I am interested in learning how to consume a REST API for which a Ruby
wrapper does not yet exist.
Unfortunately, there are no good tutorials for the same, and the docs
for Faraday and HTTParty do not explain things in depth.
Please recommend a couple of good tutorials to begin with for the same
(recent tutorials will be recommended).
