team member to join our young development team on-site and in a full-time 
and permanent capacity. 

As part of the development team, you will be working towards building and 
optimising the product in Rails.

You will be someone who is ready to dive into an early stage company (with 
funding), who shares our passion and who wants to help drive our growth 
vision. As part of the starting core team, you will have the opportunity to 
grow and develop in a role that will give you as much as you put in.

*Position Responsibilities*

   - Take ownership of defined sections of development, from creating 
   technical specifications, to development, through to deployment
   - Write elegant and scalable code that meets technical and business 
   specifications
   - Write unit and integration tests to ensure minimal defects and bugs
   - Communicate and collaborate with team members and provide regular 
   updates on project progress and any outstanding issues
   - Continually share ideas and knowledge with the team, to up skill 
   yourself and others around you
   - Keep up to date with trends and emerging technologies

*Core Competencies*

   - 3+ years experience with Ruby on Rails development (mid-senior)
   - Ability to learn new development languages, frameworks and libraries
   - Knowledge of most of the following technologies: Git, Rails 4, Heroku, 
   Postgres, Haml, Sass, JavaScript, RSpec / MiniTest
   - Team player with solid work ethic
   - Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
