We're looking for a mid to senior level Ruby developer to join a highly disciplined and skilled team. You are a person who loves to learn and loves good quality software engineering practices. You like working in a start-up culture and have a can do attitude. You love finding out about customers, their needs and solving their problems. You care about good design and sustainable software development. We are a full stack team using Ansible to manage our servers, Capistrano for deployments and release to customers as soon as we have new features ready for them. We usually deploy 1 to 3 times per week. We use Ruby, Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL. Running on AWS.
