I work for Robert Half Technology in Melbourne and I am starting to specialise in recruiting in the Open Source space within software development. At the moment, I am currently looking for talented Ruby developers (Ruby on Rails) and Node.JS guns to join an organisation that puts technology at the forefront of everything they do. They are based on the fringe of CBD and are going through a period of sustained growth; which means they have positions available for Junior developers through to Technical leads (with salaries ranging from 80k-140k base for the right people).
