The culture is an open place for people to personally grow from hosting meetups to success showcases regularly. *Role* This role is part on the tools as you provide input to architecture and part mentor/coaching. You will work closely with stakeholders as you guide product. Here there is a real sense of ownership as each tribe (around 20) is like its own start-up. You will be one of the driving forces of our technical architecture, design and quality standards across product development. *To be successful, you will:* - Have led teams before (over 10 preferably) - Ignite the fire in people that you bring out the best in them - Have experience working with cloud solutions (Azure and/or AWS) - Have worked in a Ruby, .NET or Java stack - Have experience with JavaScript (React or Angular, Node) - Have had exposure to DevOps - Know solid principles - Deep understanding of SDLC principles - Have a comprehensive understanding of the web: protocols, web architecture, automation and design.
