I had already tried checking my cache settings and that was set to 
automatically. But, that didn't fix this bug.
 
Now, the URL that you sent really captures my problem well :)
 
And what you just pointed seems interesting - I have absolute references to the 
images because of some reason (as designed by some developers). Now, if you are 
saying that IE would issue a fresh request for every image no matter how many 
times it occurs on the page (and has been previously cached), then let me just 
check by removing the absolute reference. If it gets fixed, then that's the fix 
(though I don't know if I would be able to use that or not). Otherwise, I'll 
play around with the headers to see if I can get this to work.
 
Seems like I'll have a busy day tomorrow trying to fix this :)
