[Rails-spinoffs] Snapping and constraining?

How would I make a dragable box snap every 100 pixels horizontally and every 25 pixels vertically, and be constrained to a box that is 800 pixels wide by 500 pixels tall?

And then how can I retrieve the position of this box when it is released.
