I think this is SAML 1.1.
In order to make this SAML2.0 compilant we may have to made sevaral
changes to SAML 1.1.
What SAML 2.0 offers is much like a complete identity solution (with
federated identity), while SAML 1.1 is offering the basic support for token

How much effort would it require to make the current impl support both
1.1 and 2.0?
