Hi All,
Apache Axis2 1.3 will be out soon and this time let's get the Rampart
release out as soon as possible after the Axis2 release. :-)
I have prepared an RC1 release and the artifacts are available here [1].
Note that for this RC1 release we are setting the version of the .mar
files to 1.29 since Axis2 cannot handle "1.3-RC" as the module version.
Please try out these and report any issues you have [2]
