+1 for the idea. I think this FAQ should go to the Rampart wiki [1]
rather than the Rampart site. This will make it easy for people to contribute
to maintain it. We can have a link to in the site. WDYT ?

also be added to the axis2.xml global module configuration
This is not correct. You only need to add the <module ref="rampart" />
element and relevant policy to the services.xml.
