    I've posted the Rampart 1.4 RC3 here.

Rampart RC2 depends on
    - Axis2 1.4
    - Neethi 2.0.4
    - Axiom 1.2.7
           and
    - WSS4J 1.5.4 (not yet released , being voted)

Online maven repo of the artifacts can be found here.

Please test the RC3 and raise JIRAs for any issues found.
