Three patches are submitted with the following content.
1) Updated the README.txt with the endorsing instructions (readme.patch)
2) Licenses of the newly added jars to the binary distribution
(license.patch)
3) Modifications to bin.xml such that the OpenSAML jar and dependent jars of
OpenSAML get copied to the binary distribution.(bin-xml.patch)
