Cool! Do we have a volunteer to collect the data, maintain it, and from time to time
upload an updated PDF file to our web site?

I would supply the database that will work under windows or Mac
platforms. for anyone to use if someone wanted to host the emails and
uploads of information. I use it already in our District it has over 250
in it and over 150 have photos.

The only thing we need is someone who has the time and can receive e-mail
file attachments with the database data in it. It can also be exported
out as a pdf file for most everyone to read or left in the database for
searches and notes...etc. All it really needs is someone who will pour
in the information and make it available for downloading.
