Noel,   In this situation you have the boy talk with his parents. It is not your place to teach self-defense (whether you know it or not) unless permission has been granted by all the parents and it then becomes a Outpost activity.   Teach the boy to love his neighbor as himself (the second greatest commandment)   IMHO,   Bob Triphahn Sr. Cmdr. Your Ranger tells his teacher and the teacher does not do a thing. After Wed night Rangers the boy tells you of the problem, explaining he is not afraid of the bully.
