I hear your complaint and that does concern me as I'm sure it does you. I was out 4 wheeling in the mts. one time and I drove by one of those large towers that they transmit from. All of a sudden my radio started playing and it was turned off. We got out of there fast. I have mentioned it and discussed it with others and they have agreed that it can't be good for you- that much energy could be harmful if you stay in it all the time.
Do you have any sign of hair loss-headaches, etc.? I don't know much about radio waves but I do know that certain waves can be harmful as in microwaves used to transmit certain signals. I'd do some research on the Internet if I was you.
Before you get scared, please consider that unless this guy is a serious lawbreaker, the power transmitted isn't anywhere close to what it would take to harm you with radio waves. (Now, if you touch the antenna, you could get shocked, but standing a few feet away is no problem.)
Rarely do ham radio operators use the maximum legal power, and if they do, that is about 1% of the power of a commercial radio station -- and it isn't continuous.
No, worry and bitterness are much more dangerous to your health...
