Hit Mark Olivers Website and download the 11 meg file. Some of the
changes I have added this past year are Leaders Service Award Sheets, ROY (SO
MO Dist)
Dispirit Database. Pictorial and Email contact
with reports and certificates and Red Cross stuff...
Contact Address Book. Put in your family or just
those addresses that you find Ranger Related that aren't actually Royal
Rangers.
Calendar. A calendar of a Bitmap for 2002, 2003
and a District Calendar, and Outpost Calendar plan on modifying this some more
but for now it works great.
Churches Database. This is made for a Area
Commander to track his Church Contacts. It is also very handy if you
want to contact other Churches and if you are running a ROY event it will pull
Church info up without having to type it in again.
Meetings Database. Easily track all your
outpost meetings, Commanders attendance for Awards at the end of year and ROY
reports. I have made this where it pre populates fields. So once
you have completed one record it only takes a couple of key strokes to enter
the rest of the guys who attended as all data is pre populated from the last
record. Works fast and is fun to do.
Outpost Assets. Yes you can track your Outpost
property. Where, who, when how and why and cost of it. Pull
reports. If you want to do it it is there.
Labels Database. 400 records in this one. So you
can print off 400 pinewood Derby stickers for ribbons at pinewood derby day,
Best n show cards for voting has number on it, Car Registration, return
Address labels for you or anyone you know, Soda coupon, pre registration for
pw derbies, Cut n Chop back card, ROY tabs for notebook and more.
Outings Database. Very close to the meetings
database but for outings. You can pull reports on how many how long,
even sub summary report for your whole outpost for the end of the year if you
want to have a contest on outings. Very handy for ROY, and Leaders
Awards. Mileage records included.
Permission Slips Database. You will love this
one. It has the basic permission slip, outting schedule, Menu, balance
sheet that calculates the numbers, Outing check off lists, Outing purchase
lists, Outing Map. Each one of these items are related to each
other. Turn to a different permission slip and all the other data
reflects that permission slip. You can edit them as you want. CD
version has all of my outing check off lists etc. Makes planning for a
outing a breeze. Change a couple of dates and print and viola your set
to go.
Meeting Plans. Keep track of all your meetings for
the year. I have several formats to choose from. Structured like
in the manual, Open for Sr. Commanders, Dues Reports, Counts attendance by
Outpost easy to use.
Forms Database. ROY Recommendation Letter,
Notebook Cover, Business Cards, Awards Ceremony Computer Card, Camp Checkoff
list, Outpost Stencil. Thank you cards, GMA Letters, Outing Requirements, GMA
Ceremony, GMA bulletin, SO. MO Pinewood Derby Rules, Avery BIG TABS, LTC
Campout schedule, Fire Starters the mark jones pyro way (...grin..), Firecraft
and LTC Registration and muddy glove devotion as well as some other stuff in a
open layout.
Advancement Database. Tracks all advancements,
merits, badges, uniforms, gifts, awards, certification. You name it it
tracks it by Rangers Name, outpost, date, advancement type, leaders name who
signed, quarter and item given out. It is related to the GPH catalog
that you may edit that has item name, item number, item price and calculates
the price and even a GPH formatted order form all filled out and calculated
with P.O. fields etc. At Awards Ceremony time print each of your boys
off a certificate and give the boys commanders a listing of what each boy has
earned in just a few key strokes. Don't have the item in stock.
fax the order sheet out to the Dist. Office that has everything they need to
process the order without your time being spent on it.
Uniform Guidelines: I have bit map pictures taken from the manual
that can be printed off and given to parents when they are given items for the
uniform for correct placement. Print off Cut N Chop card with boys name
on it.
District Database. Leaders Forms, Outpost
Commanders Award, SA /BR Outpost Commanders Award, Financial statement, ROY
Form for Sectional Level of ROY Testing, Dist. Staff Reappointment form,
Sectional Commanders Report, Junior Leaders Service Award, Dist. Staff
Registration Form and Requirement sheet, Dist. Royal Ranger Leaders
Training Information Form (Soon to be in Dist. Database.)
ROY. I have a new ROY, Gulf Region ROY. Both are
designed for AREA SECTIONAL Testing. They tally points and print off
certificates.
The main Database. Tracks all the Rangers
information as far as outpost, age, birth date, parents, grand parents, phone,
e-mail, work, notes, address, date joined, date left, baptized,
active, patrol information, most of these fields will pop up boxes to make
data entry fast. Most have a edit field you can put your own outpost
informtion in it.
GLOBAL FIELDS. So the best part for last. Go
to the Global Fields screen put in your personal information and it changes
ALL the layouts, reports ect to reflect you, your outpost, your church, your
dist etc. Every report will automatically change to what you show in the
Global Fields. Where there is one Royal Ranger emblem you can change it and
put in your own RR emblem and it will change it in ALL the database's.
