My reply all works. Not sure why yours doesn't! Just highlight what you want to be in the reply message. AOL copies it for you.

It doesn't always work. sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I have tried it on 3 separate computers, 3 separate installations, and it does the exact same thing.
