This is what I think, I think that if you are planning on having a regional commander's conference like the one I'll be at next week, then you should make an effort to be there. This way you can get the straight skinny on the whole new program thing to the best of the knowledge that is being disseminated to the various districts that comprise your region.
I'll be seeing the folks coming to the North East Conference next week. Should be fun
