All And John, I agree that pastor support is vital to your Royal Ranger program. When I first started in outpost 34. The pastor could of cared less what each dept did. Sorry to be blunt but that's my feeling. Because each dept did there "own thing", our Royal Ranger program was baby setting. Since then, we have got all new leadership in the church. Pastor Davis is behind Royal Rangers 100% and yes folks even the YOUTH PASTOR is behind Royal Rangers. In fact our youth pastor went with us to our last sectional planing meeting. The guy that is our Sr. Commander has the heart for rangers and the boys. Thus we are seeing boys getting saved and more boys come in. Same outpost but two different programs. What's the key here?
