As we all know, the Pastor is the key to success of any Royal Ranger group. *I know there may be few AG churches in Shanghai, and this may require you to act in a creative manner to combine members of several Christian churches, to field the Leadership. *This is not Ideal, but because of the potential harvest of souls, we can susspend our policies.. I'd suggest some meeting place.. open and easy for the families of the boys to bring them, and use all the tricks taught to hook the boys for that special "Devotion" at the climax of every meeting that will yeild souls for Christ.
