Boy, this will take some serious contemplation. Currently, all my contemplative efforts are being focused on Quantum physics and time-space continuum; and the debilitating effects of steam from boiling sassafras root on the ability to reason. I'll have to get back to you on that one.

I wandered the woods with Cdr. Jen on a nature study course,
and she pointed out those species of plants that are "Native" and
others that have invaded the woods..

We went to a remote part of the "Old Growth Forest" that is as
un-touched as can be found and the two forests are obviously
different, even to my squinty eyes..

Given that tuber plants like potato are "new world" Post-flood
pre-contact staples..  Is there going to be a withdrawl shock
in the new restored world to Europeians who have become fond of
"French Fries?" *Likewise my hanker'n fer BEEF is going to be
replaced by the herds of Buffalo and swarms of SALMON in the
restored Columbia River basin<G>
