This effort has been rolled into the Merit Reference Books that will be 
published along with the new program materials. There will be three 
different books in all, with the merits grouped by difficulty. If you want 
to see an example of the detailed materials that will be available on every 
merit, look at

where the requirements and answers for three new merits that are part of 
the transitional GMA program are listed.
