I'm trying to learn with maturity how to answer posts without
flying off the handle.. NEVER have i said Scouts will *SAVE
RRangers..

This thread started with a fundimental question of what to do with 
a Ranger who is suspected of haveing a Commander Dad with a "Fast pen".

I replied, that currently as a Scouter.. *After being a LONG TIME
Ranger..  There are some practical tips that can be adopted to your
Ranger outpost to enhance integrity without haveing to become a BSA
Scouter.

*Those might be-

1. 2 deep leadership with reguard to advancement.

2. accountibility in record keeping

3. the use of "boards of review" to settle dust.

Cdr.Clyde..  with reguard to ethics, I'll stop to wait
on your reply, so as to be sure we are in agreement to
"why" there was "scout talk" on rangernet.
