no problem at all Doc.......in fact your feedback has brought out some
stimulating conversation and thought provoking points. Even abrasive
conversation can bring out the best in us if we do as I prefer to do and
Clint touched on........ "eat the hay and spit out the sticks". Got me
searching my heart about what ethics in the Spirit of God might entail.
Always liked things like sending an arrow into a council fire by way of
spool and wire, even if I havn't had the pleasure of seeing, or doing it
myself. No heavy revie teaching in that, just plain intriguing and
atmosphere creating.
Unfortunately, through much of the bogus preaching you all speak
of, many sticks are swallowed with the hay by those of us who are too
young in the Lord to discern the difference. So, whether the $20 bill
thing is hay or sticks, is up to us all to work out with fear and
trembling and go with what believe to be the Masters leading.
I do know one thing. I'm enjoying the high voluum of interaction
that takes place on this list. I've been and still am part of a few
groups, but nothing stands up to the traffic in here.
Thanks for the "Hermit Ranger" posting, Pastor Jeff. And from one
newbie to another, welcome to this fellowship around the fire.
Appreciate the openess in here. (Asbestos in place for
armor...... gotcha) Think I'll stay a while. : )
