I enjoyed the chance to meet a few of you at RRNC this past weekend. We
met at the doors at 7:00am and visited for a few. It was nice to
personally meet the guys behind the posts.

With over 700 people there and a tight schedule it was hard to find
people.

The National Staff did a good job of educating us and my hat is off to
Jonathan Trowler here on Rangernet. He held several power point
presentations on much of the transition materials we covered these past 2
days. Anyone who can teach 700 at one time using two BIG SCREENS and
keeping them all happy at one time is a big job! GOOD JOB JONATHAN!

The transition materials are easily understood after you look it over a
bit. Lots of new awards for various people, pastors, sr. commanders,
special awards, 290 plus merits as they said they are leading us so we
can lead boys to the GMA and ultimately to salvation through Jesus
Christ.

I think if we are all patient and work through this transition we will
find a very workable program that looks very much like what we have today
with a means to get there with less work and more harvest.

This was my first trip to RRNC and I live and work in the Springfield
Area. It was nice to be a part of the BLUE COATS as my fellow coworkers
call them...BIG GRIN! Now all I need is a blue coat! Ha!

We didn't have a lot of time to intermingle and get to know one another
across state lines as it was pretty much stick to business and go eat and
fellowship with your District which I enjoyed very much.

Over all our Mission is still to Reach, Teach and Keep Boys for Christ.
I am ready for the adventure!
Bring it on!!!!
