Wow!

Tragic and sadly stupid..

*Remember the overall topic is the use of Objects in object lessons,
because as soon as I start to talk about GUNS we'll go R-net wacky<G>

*About RR and guns..
--------------------

We don't need them.

*Here's why..

Let Royal Ranger be free to do what Royal Rangers does best.
Let the NRA be free to teach what they teach..
Let thouse who teach Hunting safety be free to do what they do best.
Let Dad be the "Gun-nut" who shows his son how to jack a .45 Colt.

*It seemes, a "natural" that boys take sticks, and poke them in the
fire and wave it around. They take sticks and rocks and turn them
into swords, bombs and missles.. Just because YOU have an intrest
in guns. (*and I DO BTW!) Don't fail to think about larger issues..

We can use our words, our gustures.. and share things MUCH MORE
important than what passes for cheap TV drama..

*I'll back MARKSMANSHIP.
*I'll back Safety preparedness.
*I back FCF Black Powder NMLRA training.

However-
Let the boy be free to *explore other things in the 230 merits
than firearms. Don't use them in a "Object lesson"
