Duane, Let me if I understand you. Frist you say that a 11-12 year old GMA should be able to enter FCF. Then you turn around and say they shouldn't be allowed to shot blackpowder. In my district both men and boys has to pass a blackpoweder course before they can even shoot. If a 12 year old can pass the course and shoot safe. What's the big deal?
