[RR] Who is Janet?

Pardon my ignorance but I haven't been in involved with RangerNet for about a year or so (heh heh heh. I'm the guy who brought up the issue of "US Flag on RR uniforms" and other "New Program" issues).  But anyways I'm just curious, who is Janet?  As soon as I rejoined RangerNet I've been getting e-mail regarding Janet.  So could anybody bring me up to date?  Thank you and God bless!   CMDR Jos� F.
