You'd think with the new program and excellent uniforms for Female Leadership staff now in place, there would be an active recrutment of both Men and Women to serve Royal Rangers in all capacities as Adult facilitators. I'm sure as a Pastor, you support the position paper published by the general Council that see's no need to hinder or limit the ministry of Women to any Assemblies of God outreach. I'm sure you also support the current and past service of Women who have worked as Commanders with the boys. Therefore, when training is made availible.. it is easy to assume that every Ranger leader will be invited.
