Yes of course you may. We do not discriminate on the brand of pantyhose RR Commanders must wear, only that it is uniform policy that all Adult leaders of Rangers should strive to appear the same, before the boys. This makes sence.. No Adult leader is more "official" than anyother, as it is not a "program" for adults.. but for youth. Now if the Outpst is going backpacking, wearing high heals might be foolish.. So- commomn sence leads us to promote proper lug sole high top boots with- *Pantyhose! Now do not interpet this to mean that *Shorts are approved.. "Koo-lots" are uniform, but shorts are verboten! It is the recomendation of the NRRC that NO Commander wearing pantyhose sit crossleged at any time. Therefore a threeleged stool is now official uniform for any Commander wearing pantyhose.
