WHOA PEOPLE!!! Punching lights out, what? Someone needs to be a leader here and also report these things to the pastor. You need a real wake-up call people. We are in a ministry for boys not a boot camp. Did you guys read my leadership series (I believe part 3) of "YELLING IS NOT LEADERSHIP" Looks like a major staff meeting needs to take place and then a major attitude changes too.
