Kelvin,
when you say Eastern District, what exactly do you mean? Eastern Section of
Penn-Del or Spanish Eastern District? To my knowledge there is no District
just called simply " the Eastern District" We have our Northeastern Region,
I was just wondering if you could clarify that Please?
