As to your Question on who makes them for GPH, NO, Dickies doesn't make them. I was told this week at our Commanders conference. They are made by some Arabic country, United Something??? As to the one inch off the top shoulder line, this to is wrong, they gave the design to this company, but didn't get them the right distance from the top. So they just put them on not knowing proper measurments. So GPH shirts are incorrect. They are going to fix that problem when these shirts sell out, so if your looking for the "RIGHT" correct look, maybe buy another type and sew the patch on correctly.
