The US Supreme Court did not strike down The Child Pornography Protection
Act. Porn involving a child is illegal. What Congress was trying to do was
ban porn that used young adults to portray (act) like a child. In other
words, Congress tried to stop fake child porn & the Supreme Court said the
law was too vague.

I got my info from the vaults at MSNBC.com. Just wanted to let you know.
The idea for a petition is great, but we need to be fully informed. Don't
believe all you read in an e-mail.
