The US Supreme Court did not strike down The Child Pornography Protection Act. Porn involving a child is illegal. What Congress was trying to do was ban porn that used young adults to portray (act) like a child. In other words, Congress tried to stop fake child porn & the Supreme Court said the law was too vague.
