it never ends and don't let it end either,,

Here is something else you can do with that stuff.

UNIFORM PATCH HOLDERS

If you are buying that clear tablecloth style plastic,  yes it is really tough stuff
We make patch holders out of it for our boys. it holds the campout patches that you change out every new sectioanal or district function.  We make it about the same size as the pocket and one side is taller than the other,  or cut a strip 4 1/2" wide and 9" tall, over lap it by 4 inches, so that one side is 1 inch taller,,  then stick it in one of those """Seal O Matic""" food pastic sealers,  it heats up the sides and melts them together, trim the 2 sides with scissors ==== then get a hole punch and punch a single hole on the tall side close to the top.  It will be big enough to slip over your pocket button and then fold down your top flap over it and button,  TA DA instant patch carrier,
NO MORE GLUEING, SEWING NEW PATCHES, GETTING THEM DIRTY, AND KEEPING YOUR UNIFORM NICER,
( A hanging patch looks good anyway,)
Just take it out at the next campout, and be the 1st to wear at the new one at the same camp.   Seal-O-Matics can be found at gargage sells too, cheap, most moms or Grand moms got one stored up some were. it was a fad of the 60's and 70's    MAKE your SHEATHS TOO!!! with no sewing.

God bless Chaplain Jeff

Subject: [RR] Great Sheath Covers

Hi. While searching for the best sheath cover for a hand axe.  I discovered in wal-marts fabric section rolls of clear plastic that you can buy by the yard and sew and make great tool covers.  Add a little Velcro and you got a Royal Ranger Sheath Guard!  It is tough and clear and I am fixing to make tool covers for all my outpost tools.  We had some made out of material but you couldn't tell what was in it...with this stuff you can see right through it.  Just a tip for  the sewing challenged.

My 9 year old pioneer son thinks my sewing is the greatest!!!!  Today I had to sharpen this new axe of his.... then we had to test it out and split up some of my scrap 2x4x14".  He thinks he has the sharpest axe on the block.. probably the only 9  year old on the block with a  hand axe...o my!   He is safety minded!  I gave him his first cut and chop card on his birthday when he turned 9, 2 weeks ago.  He has been using a hand ax under my supervision for several years now.  He wants to build a fire in the back yard now...o my where does it all end!  GRIN!

Guys,

Has anyone seen or put together a Pre application Form required for the new CI process?
