I receved the NW Dist. newsletter and was surprised to hear that Rev.Jimmy Burnet is no longer our RR Dist. Cdr. or head of "Honorbound".. *but will remain as NW Regional Cdr.
This changes the oversight of RR by Men's ministries to Childrens ministries and likewise effects the ability of NW Royal Rangers to have a full time Dist. Commander. Q? Is this a unique event to the Pacific North West? Q? Is such organization shifting in the planning for TEXAS-So.Mo?
