Outpost 3 in the San Bernardino Section of the Southern California District operates one of the most successful outposts in the District. Senior Commander Paul Burroughs can be reached at: (909) 987-7722. His church, Lighthouse Christian Center (A/G) is actually in Ontario, CA. It is, however, practically right on the border with Upland. I highly recommend it.
