Here in Europe it's probably only the British who are using the GMA (and yes there are british girls that have earned it), so if Sir Brian is still on this list (haven't heard of him for a long time) he might be one of the few people here that could have an answer to this question. I don't know about Australia, but if they are still using the GMA, Victor might have an answer.
