Josh Wheeler (gma#3911) called the troop to attention, led
flag and announced the evenings agenda-

Each patrol was to meet and hold an election for the comming
one year task of Patrol leader, then fill out a resume indicateing
a desired position of leadership in the troop for yourself.

All positions were availible.. save Bugler (*who I guess needs
another tour of duty<G>)

Three "Life Scouts" were asked if their names could be placed
in the running for SPL of T328. *They had the option to decline
with no arm twisting or negitives if that was their decision.

SPL of a 80 scout troop is a heavy "real world" task, that requires
personal motivation, insight, effort, and attendence at all events.

All that and your personal life is not put on hold, but must be
managed with reguard for your duties for the comming year.

T328 held an election by vote for Senior Patrol Leader-

Scraps of paper were passed out with pencils and the Troop was
asked to reflect on the direction they wanted to go with their
leaders, and one by one the candidates shared a brief word with
the troop.

more to come-
