A $35 charter fee? Our boys would be runnin neked, well at least they wouldn't be in Ranger uniforms.
What has worked for us is we tell the parents in a letter at the beginning of the year that the charter fee is $7.00 and weekly dues are $.50, or $26 for the year. Most parents pay the $26 so they don't have to deal with the 50 cents per week.
