We know the truth, that a duel program is economical and use the best talents from all who wish to be considered Rangers. "They" would say that RR is about being a ministry, except it must conform to oversight by a AoG church and not a community charter.. then it get's pitched out the back door as trash.. Originaly, RR was to be under lay leadership seperate from the Church board thru the use of the OP council... That's gone...
