Vest colors:
Stonewashed denim for the Ranger Kids -- available from GPH now
Tan/buckskin for Adventure and Discovery Rangers -- available from GPH in March
Black for Expedition Rangers -- available from GPH in August
Bible Merits:
The orange Bible merits are for Discovery Rangers, and the brown ones are for Adventure Rangers.
The Bible merits are built right into the lesson plans for Discovery and Adventure Rangers. That's why those requirements have not yet been released like so many of the merits have been (on the national web site at http://royalrangers.ag.org if you don't have these yet). They will be available in March.
