The motivation to ask this question to Rangernet comes from
the sabre ratt'ln of GW Bush and the modest debate in the media over
action in Iraq being just or not..

inspectors asap so that the WORLD Community can confirm his evilness.
Without confirmation.. we have a strained ethical agenda in starting
a War. "Pre-emtive action" to me sound exactly like hostile action
or invasion of a sovern state.
Some of the comments from Congress about bringing Draftee's into
military service are amuseing..
