I believe the answer you need is in John 4:36-38 As Ranger leaders we are all on a harvest "team" with the same purpose in mind ... we have different jobs, some sow the seed, some reap the harvest,  but in the final tally we will all share the reward together. A lot of behind the scenes work goes into bringing a boy to Christ .... the bus driver, outpost council, etc... may never give a devotion that touches a boy's heart but without them that boy may never hear the message.
